I'm trying to draw characters in the Pathfinder style, and after extensive research, I'm pretty sure that each character carries at least one of every type of weapon they're proficient with, just in case.

Also sometimes mugs - they have enough cutlery for dinner, they also might want drinks

It's true! The alchemist specifically has a mug strapped to his pack, as well as what looks like a small keg! They're ready for work *and* the party after.

haha, ouch! Well, on the upside, a lot of us do the same thing. I know Xenvia is bristling with weapons and I think Vehran is too.

Ooo I like! And yes Xen is a walking armory. And she hasn't even got all of her 'starting' weapons yet.

Hat it is.  And Lucerne hammers ARE cool, I wasn't expecting them to look so fancy and delicate! I think the higher level characters get, the more they become walking armories, or in some cases walking knick-knack collections. My rogue in the last 3.5 game I was in had at least two dozen pieces of equipment and items that he carried around at all times, including some once-use-per-day items that he'd switch out for <i>other</i> one-use-per-day items once the charge had been used. I should scan my sheet for the equipment list, it's completely ridiculous. XD Thank goodness for bags of holding! |
